On 1 Jan 2016 the new SOTA summit and Association information webpage went live. See http://www.sota.org.uk/Associations. The old Summit Information page will be disabled soon, perhaps by year end.
The old webpage allowed your login credentials to be "stored" in the url when PNWSOTA posted the link on the Summit Info page. Unfortunately, the new SOTA webpage does not allow this type of posting which requires your login credentials to be passed to the website for posting and in the posted url for the reverse link back to PNWSOTA.
So, when posting a trip report to PNWSOTA you must (after the post to PNWSOTA occurs) click on the Summit hotlink which will take you to the new website. Then you must post your PNWSOTA trip report to the new SOTA Summit Info website...no longer does the posting occur automatically from PNWSOTA. Then, post the PNWSOTA url as an external link on the new Summit Info page.
This was a great feature of PNWSOTA but due to security restrictions of the new Summit Info website, cannot occur as with the old website.
