Don't know There has always been a locked gate about .5 miles from the summit (Radio Site Towers) that you could park at the gate and hike up to the summit (See N7CNH report on Buck Mountain and Tom, Mount). However, it has now been Posted as No Trespassing (by both Weyerhaeuser and American Tower).
