QRPTTF was my first summit activation. Easy local access to SC-184 which had never been activated. I keep an eye on sotawatch and work what I hear. Home station is a K3 and QRO with an LPDA on top of a mountain. Away stations can be my K1 or KX3, a 20 meter delta loop convertible (to 40/15) and/or a 20 meter open wire fed edz center mounted on a 12 meter fishing pole. I use a 4200AH LiFe pack for power

Adventure motorcyclist known as Adventure Girl (AG). Licensed since 1966. QRV at times in Seattle,WA and Carpenterville, OR and anywhere that my K1 and KX3 can find a good place to set up a wire antenna. Often found dual sport camping with full support gear and my radio. Enjoy activating National Parks. Will be doing more Bike-a-Hikes to summits with my KX3.
